Patricia K. Conway, a partner in the firm of Vasquez, Estrada & Conway, LLP, is the General Counsel for Innovative-Match LLC and Innovative-Match Ventures. Distinguished as the youngest member of her graduating class (University of San Francisco) to become a partner in a law firm, Patricia was also named "Rising Star" in Northern California Super Lawyer Magazine's 2009 and 2010 publications.
Patricia received a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy in 1993 from Santa Clara University and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco in 1996, where she received an American Jurisprudence Award in Real Property. An active law alumna of the school, Patricia mentors visiting LLM students chaired the USF Women Lawyer's Scholarship Committee.
Patricia has dual citizenship with the U.S. and the European Union, has traveled extensively through Europe and speaks Czech, Slovak, French and German in addition to English.
With an eye for the original and a passion for all things digital, Tina Khiani serves as Innovative Match’s (IM's) Social Media Community Manager. Tina champions IM’s continuous innovation online by sharing rich content with the IM community, spearheading engagement across the web, leading social platforms and working to connect clients with the right resources.
Tina’s fascination with the ways in which social media can be leveraged to connect services to communities can be traced to her years at NYC’s prestigious Stuyvesant High School (named one of the nation’s best high schools by US News and World Report). As an undergraduate at the University of California (USC) she interned at Ranker.com, contributing to community and viral marketing initiatives. She then worked with nonprofits in the public health sector both abroad and in the US. There, she expanded web presences and digital communities as well as worked on online initiatives to provide health care in underserved areas.
Tina holds a BA in Psychology and a MS in Global Medicine (2013) from theUSC. In addition to overseeing IM’s digital initiatives, Tina is continuing health care studies at New York University.
Lucinda has always been passionate about all things communications, psychology, and helping people. Hailing from South Carolina, Lucinda watched as her father, a state legislator for ten years, fought for human rights, education, and community service. Lucinda always knew she would continue this family legacy of being of service to others.
One way she has done this is through acting and storytelling. Lucinda left home at age 15 to study intensively at the prestigious South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts, and then continued on to get a BFA at Southern Methodist University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Since then, Lucinda has made her mark as an accomplished professional actress, working extensively in theater, television and film.
Lucinda is also an seasoned business leader and advocate of community service. She has managed marketing and communications projects for global brands such as Prada and Douglas Elliman. She continues her work with the Lighthouse Guild, where she tutors visually impaired students. She loves working with the Innovative Match community, and helping singles to network, be their best selves and find the relationship that's right for them.

Elizabeth chairs the committee focused on helping IM to expand its products and services portfolio, in order to help 45+ singles find their next, and best, relationship. Widowed at a young age, Elizabeth experienced first-hand what re-entry into the dating world is like. She immersed herself in all things "relationships": web content, online dating, books, fix-ups, coaching and more! She combines this intimate knowledge of the dating world with her passion to help members of the IM community find their best match.

She has nearly three decades of global leadership experience, having worked at senior sales, channels and business development at Fortune 50 firms such as Microsoft and IBM. She was named a "Top #Nifty50 Woman Writer" on Twitter and has been widely featured in the media, in publications such as The MIT Sloan Management Review, Harvard Business Review and European Business Digest. An advocate for women, Elizabeth was co-chair of Women at Microsoft, and is a frequent speaker at women's conferences and graduate schools. She has a BA (cum laude) from Vassar College, an MBA from New York University, and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
