A relative recommends Innovative Match and how Cassie is an expert in her field. She tours the website. Intrigued by the offerings, she decides to call Cassie. Cassie listens, cares, and she understands. She describes how Nancy can be on an online dating site and be private. She also discusses her network outside of online dating. Nancy is still apprehensive and wonders if she is ready but knows she has to start somewhere.

She decides to hire Cassie and feels safe, at ease, and supported. Cassie describes her work as a guided journey of self-discovery-helping clients understand where they are in their lives today and gain clarity on the kind of relationship they truly want. Nancy feels excited and hopeful.
